One of the cool tools I have learned this past year is working with my breath and my energy to help me become more present and more capable to navigate through life’s day to day challenges. I have been working with these tools very intensively over the last 40 days in an immersion program that is part of my coaching certification. The coaching certification kicks off next week in Boulder, Colorado and I am super excited to be learning from David Morelli and meeting some of the folks that I have known online over the past year.
Guided meditations can be very helpful for many reasons. I like them for stress reduction and use them to meet my goals. There is something about taking the time to sit down and focus on our breath that can help us get centered and focused. It doesn’t have to take up an hour or more of our time. Sometimes we can shift in 5 or 6 minutes.
