I love Hawaii, and am excited to return there next month for another retreat!  It brings me great pleasure to invite you to come to the Aloha Karma Retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii Sunday August 16th through Thursday August 20th.

I am co- facilitating this retreat with my dear friend and mentor Dr Donna Stapp.  Donna has graciously offered her home and coffee farm to us to retreat, explore, and realign with our true selves.  Donna is an amazing facilitator and this is a rare opportunity to be able to learn from her and experience her love and generous spirit.

Dive deep into your own inner wisdom with powerful exercises, special dolphin boat swim & snorkel,  Luau, and sacred time together.  We have designed our retreats to be the perfect mix of group work and personal time for relaxation and integration. My favorite part of the retreats is when we swim with the wild spinner dolphins.  We go out on a boat and snorkel in the wonderful healing waters.  Being in the ocean with the dolphins is an amazing and joyful experience and I love sharing this with our retreat participants.

Aside from the magical experience of swimming with these amazing dolphins, retreats are about carving out time to be.  It is about taking time for yourself. Getting out of your normal environment and disrupting your routine.  It is about connecting with yourself on a mind, body and spirit level.  It is about loving yourself enough to make you a priority… It is about releasing what no longer serves you and accessing that place where spirit resides inside of you.  It is about allowing yourself to know what you already know and empowering yourself to live the life that you dream for yourself.  It is about about opening up to the possibilities that exist for you and calling them into creation.
