Hi Everyone!
I just wanted to invite you all to join me and Elizabeth Love for our new weekly series on Women’s Boundaries over at the Journey into Being website. Elizabeth and I are excited about the work that we are creating together. We have been meeting weekly for the past two and half years, and have found though our work coaching other women, that boundaries landscape is an area that many women struggle with at some point in their lives. Creating positive healthy boundaries is something that we have worked toward for years and we are so excited to share our insights and transformational processes with you! We are cooking up our first Journey into Being: Women’s Boundaries Training and Retreat in the Outer banks of North Carolina in early November.
Boundaries Landscape is a pretty big topic and we have decided to break it up into some manageable bites. Each week, both Elizabeth and I are writing a blog entry on a specific topic within the bigger topic of Boundaries Landscape. On Friday we get together and discuss the topic of the week on our podcast. You can always find our most recent podcast or blog post here.
Last week we explored Internal Boundaries. These are the boundaries we have with ourselves and act as the foundation for all of the boundaries in our life.

This week’s topic is: What prevents us from having good boundaries? We explore the 4 main reasons our boundaries get fuzzy and we ask some thought provoking questions to help you to identify where you boundaries can become stronger and more effective.

I invite you to join us as we take on each week’s topic. This is a rare opportunity to work with both of us in a small group setting. We will be staying at the beautiful Pelican House right at the beach and we will enjoy delicious meals prepared for us. The early bird pricing is $697 and that includes accommodations, all meals, plus (weather permitting), we have some wonderful field trips planned to visit the wild ponies of Shackelford Island and a sailing cruise to connect with the wild dolphins of the area. We are also planning on connecting with local massage therapists and bodyworkers for you to schedule a massage for yourself – optional and not included in the price of the retreat.
We’re gonna have fun and and we’re gonna rock our boundaries in a safe and nurturing environment supported by the natural beauty of the Crystal Coast. Email support@journeyintobeingretreat.com and reserve your space now!!
