Sunshine Mugrabi and I very excited to announce that we are hosting monthly family and systemic constellation evenings beginning in February 2013.  We are co-facilitating our next family constellation evening at 7:00 PM on Wednesday February 13th near Half Moon Bay, CA.

Family and Systemic Constellations are a group process that is based on the work of the German Psychotherapist Bert Hellinger.  The process works with trans-generational unconscious energies that can be affecting our lives today.  It works with the concept of a “family soul” and helps to restore balance and love to our lives. The work is very powerful.

Family constellations are one of the best ways to break free from lifelong negative patterns, leading to happier, freer, more fully lived lives. This remarkable group therapy modality quietly and intensely gets to the heart of the matter–the multi-generational loyalties that keep us from living our best and happiest lives. We invite you to dive in and try constellation work for yourself.
