Season’s Greetings!
Here’s a guided 15 minute Completion Process to help you to finish up the current year and start the new year fresh.
This process will help you mentally put away projects and feelings from this year — things that you did, lessons learned, relationships grown, and even the good intentions that you never got around to. It’s smart to acknowledge and resolve these at the end of the year, and it’s a good way to get clarity before you make any intentions or resolutions for the coming year.
It’s interesting how the less than conscious parts of us can still have energy wrapped up in old events and feelings until we acknowledge to ourselves that they are done. So we’re going use some visualizations and metaphors today to help you to use those different parts of your mind to uncover these memories and insights from the past year. You’ll come out of this process with a better sense of completion for this year, and you’ll be ready to enter the year ahead with less baggage.
The end of the year and the beginning of the new year is a time when many people think about New Years Resolutions. New Years’ resolutions work for some people, but many people create New Years Resolutions year after year and don’t seem to get any traction with them. There can be many reasons why they don’t work. One of the reasons is that people forget the important step of doing a completions process at the end of the year. You can do this process at the end of the year or anytime you want to start begin something new.
You are welcome to listen to this recording all the way through as many times as you need to to feel complete for the year you are reviewing. You can also stop the recording at any time if you find you want to write down some of the answers or review your calendars or notes. Use this process in the way that supports you best.
Here’s to ending the year strong and going into the new year fresh!
xoxo,
Kat
